About the Eklavya Initiative

The SSR Eklavya Initiative is a transformative mentorship and leadership platform created by former Sainwinians to guide and empower current cadets and recent graduates of Sainik School Rewa. It is designed to nurture confident, capable, and purpose-driven individuals who are ready to face the challenges of tomorrow.

It blends personal mentorship, career discovery through psychometric assessment, and digital media empowerment to help students express themselves confidently, make informed career choices, and carry forward the school’s legacy of discipline and excellence.

Inspiration: Named after the legendary archer Eklavya, the initiative embodies

self-learning, perseverance, and guided excellence - values central to the ethos of Sainik School Rewa.

Eklavya functions through a dual ecosystem:

A Pool of Mentors — comprising distinguished SSR alumni from the armed forces, civil services, academia, industry, and entrepreneurship, who volunteer their time and experience to mentor young Sainwinians.
A Pool of Mentees — including current cadets and recently passed-out students seeking direction, guidance, and clarity in their academic, personal, and professional journeys.

Through structured mentorship sessions, career discovery via psychometric assessments, and digital media training, Eklavya builds a bridge between generations — helping students gain confidence, communication skills, and clarity of purpose while carrying forward the proud legacy of discipline, leadership, and excellence that defines Sainik School Rewa.
